- Your first step is to register (CLICK HERE).
- Having registered, you will create your own restricted area, accessible only with your personal password. Access to this area is via the REGISTRATIONS/REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS link, where you will key in the document number and the password you have created.
- After your registration, the credit card payment option will be available in your restricted area in the menu REGISTRATIONS.
- Registrations are exclusive for the following categories: Physicians, Nurses, Students, Technicians, and Divers.
* It is mandatory to send a declaration from the SOCIETIES to which you belong, stating that you have paid up your current dues. Send this declaration to the e-mail email@example.com.
National: HST, SBCM-SC, ABRAMURGEM, SOBENFeE, SBEO, APMT, SMCRJ, ANAMT, BRASPEN, SOBENDE;
International: AMMHS, CSHLM, CUHMA, EDTC, EUBS, EBASs, IEMH, JSHUM, SAUHMA, SUALTI, SUHMS, UHMS, GTUEM.
IMPORTANT: Participants who have not sent the declaration from their respective professional societies will have to pay up the difference on the full amount of their registration fee at the event.
Payment can be made via credit card up to 10x without interest, as per schedule below.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment will be processed in reais (R$), with the dollar quotation at the time of registration.
Please digitally complete the form CLICK HERE AND DOWNLOAD THE GROUP REGISTRATION FORM with the names, documents (taxpayer identification or passport), e-mails, and telephone numbers of the persons in the group and send this file to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for processing the group registration.

- Certificates of participation will only be provided to registrants who have actually attended and participated in the congress.
All cancelations must be requested via e-mail email@example.com annexing the reimbursement form, properly filled out. Reimbursements will be made after the congress, minus a 40% administrative fee. Registrations cancelled after May 10, 2020, will not be reimbursed.
